In April 2018, Adalah Justice Project organized a delegation of Palestinian lawyers, human rights activists, and artists to Montgomery, to witness and celebrate the opening of the Equal Justice Initiative’s (EJI) Legacy Museum and National Memorial for Peace and Justice. The delegation included representatives from the Adalah Justice Project, Adalah-The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel, Palestine Legal, the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, Jewish Voice for Peace, as well as individual organizers and artists.

Adalah Justice Project Director of Strategic Partnerships, Sandra Tamari, reflected on the experience in Montgomery in an article for Mondoweiss.
