On June 9, a coalition hosted a virtual call to action to hear Palestinian analysis on Israel’s plans to annex land in the West Bank, make connections to US looting of indigenous lands, and get informed about the struggle to protect Mauna Kea in Hawaii. Both the United States and Israel were built on annexation, but the Indigenous people of both places continue to struggle for their homes.
This webinar spoke to the creation of a different world than the one we are presently in. It is doing so through highlighting the pieces of history that have brought us to this moment, to unveiling the policies that have landed us here and highlighting the steps that can build a collective challenge to pending Annexation. We were joined by four brilliant speakers, organizers, and scholars,
